About Shree Samarth Shridhar Goshala

Shree Samarth Shridhar Goshala has launched several community-centric initiatives using the Panchagavya platform as a foundation for holistic well-being and sustainability.

The foremost objective of the Goshala is the conservation, nurturing, and research of indigenous cows and the promotion of Panchagavya-based therapies. We firmly believe that desi cows are not just part of our agricultural heritage, but the very foundation of a self-reliant, healthy, and spiritual society.

Founded and led by Dr. Anupama Umrajkar, a medical professional and researcher, she is a great combination of ayurvedic practices with panchagavya therapies, the Goshala is actively working towards scientifically studying and reviving Panchagavya treatments as described in the ancient Ayurvedic texts. These treatments—rooted in Indian tradition—offer promising natural remedies for physical, mental, and environmental wellness.

The Goshala is committed to the protection and preservation of rare native cow breeds, and significant groundwork is already underway. As part of its ongoing efforts, the Goshala continuously upgrades its infrastructure to ensure the cows receive proper food, care, and medical attention.

To sustain and expand this sacred mission, we invite Go Sevaks, donors, and well-wishers to come forward and contribute. Your support helps strengthen the ecosystem that serves both Gau Mata and the community at large.
